The SEA CHROME Full-colour sorter represents the CIMBRIA-SEA “color sorting revolution” into plastic post-consumer and industrial scrap recycling for several applications (PVC, PET, PP, PE, ABS, PS, etc.) SEA CHROME Real Full-Colour technology is able to “see” as a human eye, recognizing 16 million individual colours. Once configured with additional NIR and InGaAs cameras, SEA CHROME allows the best detection into infrared spectrum, beside the visible one. Any color, shade or density difference is perfectly detected by the CIMBRIA-SEA enhanced vision system, granting highest quality and best separation of mixed color batches. The possibility to separate the machine into different and independent sections gets it adaptable to any multiple passes process. The user can easily set the programs according to needs.
